Big on small plots: Hans Haus’s Variant 45-130 with pitched roof
You don’t always have to have a large plot if you want to implement your own living ideas.
With a house such as the Variant 45-130 from Hanse Haus’s Variant series with pitched roof, even smaller gaps between buildings or divided building plots can be optimally used.
Due to the open design of the floor plan, the ground floor looks considerably larger despite its compact exterior dimensions. You don’t have to forego having a practical utility room and separate guest toilet.
We have designed the house in such a way that it can be inexpensively built on a floor slab.
