Optimum use of valuable building land

Terraced House 118 Variant 2

A fundamental difference with terraced houses is whether they are arranged in a straight row or staggered. In this way, the terraced house can be optimally adapted to the shape of the plot and the orientation of the street. With a size of just under 120 square metres, the houses can be built on small plots of land from 300 square metres upwards.

Different roof shapes can also be implemented. In our planning variant with a mono-pitch roof, the children’s rooms, which face the garden on the upper floor, have a particularly airy room height that rises to 3.30 metres – perfect conditions for equipping the rooms with bunk beds, for example.
