One house, many possibilities
Creating a lot of living space on as little building land as possible – a terraced house is an optimal solution for this. Our draft proposal for Terraced 118 depicts the design for a so-called three-family terrace. However, four or more houses can be built side by side.
The ground floor layout is open and has large, floor-to-ceiling glazing on the garden side. This makes a narrow house look spacious and bright – even the house in the middle, which has no benefit from lighting through the gables. In the entrance area, the large cloakroom, which comes immediately after the guest toilet, creates a particularly open feeling of space. Both here and in the spare room under the stairs there is sufficient additional space for storage.
On the upper floor, the hallway is effectively planned in favour of the rooms. There is space for the washing machine in a niche in the family bathroom. This way, the laundry stays right there where it should be. In our planning variant 1 with the gable roof, an attic space is available above the upper floor, which offers more additional space for storage.
