Flexible and practical with granny flat

Living with friends or family under one roof and still having your own space available – this also works in a bungalow. In this house design, two living units are accommodated on one level. 

From the shared entrance area, you enter the granny flat of around 28 square metres, which is equipped with a combined living, dining and cooking area and a bathroom. 

From there, one also enters the larger main flat. The well thought-out room layout ensures that there is even room for an additional study or guest room, a practical pantry and a dressing room across the 111 square metres. The wide hallway, the generously proportioned living and dining area and the spacious bathroom offer plenty of space and thus ideal conditions for barrier-free living. 

The common utility room is located in such a way that it can be used by all residents.
