Whether for senior citizens, people with disabilities or families with small children - a bungalow offers many advantages for its residents. The new show house from Hanse Haus in Chemnitz, Bungalow 127, impressively demonstrates the advantages of a bungalow. 

Barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible living, no annoying stair climbing, no danger of falling for small children and an open design of the floor plan. On a living area of around 160 m², barrier-free living with plenty of free space is possible without any problems.

The bungalow inspires with its bright and light-flooded rooms. Thanks to the daylight spot in the hallway and the two ceiling windows, which are installed in the kitchen and bathroom, a lot of natural daylight enters the house. With the ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view of the sky at any time. 

In the flat-roof extension at the entrance side of the house is a consulting office, which can also be used as an additional bedroom. However, it is also possible to plan the extension as a garage. This way, you can reach the adjoining residential house from there without getting wet. 

The covered outdoor seating area with wooden boarding and the window seat in the living room create a great feeling of space. With the air-water heat pump and a photovoltaic system, the show house achieves the KfW 40 Plus standard.
