Just how flexibly a semi-detached house can be adapted to the wishes and needs of its future occupants is clearly depicted in the house design of the Semi-detached 137/126. The two halves of the floor plan not only differ in their room layouts, but they are also different in size.
With an open-plan living, dining and cooking area, and plenty of space for a dressing room and spacious wellness bathroom, the smaller house offers true luxury for two or three people.
The larger semi is planned in such a way that a family will feel completely at home. The upper floor has two children’s bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom. A wardrobe niche in the spacious hallway and a pantry provide for plenty of additional storage space. If the house is planned on a floor slab, a further storage room is possible under the staircase.
