Two families under one roof in the Variant 35-235, variant 2

Why would you build a house alone? A two-family house offers several financial advantages since, for example, the development costs for the plot and acquisition costs for technical installations are incurred only once. What is also interesting is the possibility of financing the house by renting out one of the residential units.

The Variant 35-235 can be designed in such a way that a separate living unit for a family of three or four is created on the ground floor and in the loft – see floor plan variant 2.

And the best thing is that as a landlord, you can simply choose your new neighbours yourself.
