For the trades included in Hanse Haus’s scope of services, the relevant architectural services and construction supervision are also included as part of Hanse Haus’s inclusive services*.
If, for example, you decide on the convenient completion level of a turnkey prefabricated house, the Hanse Haus architect responsible for your project will be at your side from the initial consultation and draft planning through to the detailed planning of your house’s home fixtures
One of our competent Hanse Haus site supervisors will take care of construction oversight on location for all contractually agreed services.

A Hanse Haus architect prepares the planning application to obtain your planning permit.
The application for planning permission includes, among other things, fundamental information, draft planning, negotiations with authorities and other persons involved in the planning, a plot inspection visit and a planning consultation.
Based on the available data, the application for planning permission is prepared and sent to you for review and approval.
The planning of any extensions built or commissioned separately by the client, such as carports and/or garages, is also taken into account in the planning permission application.
Following your approval of the application, the input-enabled documents are prepared and made available to you for submission to the building control body.
Surveying costs, fees, levies and other fees (e.g. for required expert assessments) are not included in the scope of services and must be paid for or commissioned separately by the client.
Construction supervision, monitoring and support during the building of your prefabricated house

Hanse Haus assumes responsibility for the expert supervision of all contractually agreed services provided by us.
After the completion of your Hanse Haus prefabricated house, a joint inspection is carried out by you and our experienced, specialist site manager.
All services provided by Hanse Haus are checked and documented in great detail in an acceptance report.
